Are we to presume that easing of lockdown and freedom of movements would increase our immunity and develop resistance to covid19 infection.

Do hot water gargling, drink hot beverages and if you suspect some kind of allergy, because each individual is aware of his bodies allergic reactions to things like dust, mites etc; than take cetirizine tablet and sleep and rest, your problem will be over. If you are susceptible to frequent cold, ensure your body is not deficient of vitamin C and vitamin E, these are very minor issues. Also ensure you are exposed to morning Sun for a while daily.
