Indian Army's next Chief Designate is Lt Gen Bipin Rawat, AVSM,YSM,SM,VSM, the present Vice Chief of the Indian Army. The nation is happy for this decision, and therefore it should be taken by all without questioning.

However debate, discussions and criticism has already started by the Congress,TMC and some equally clueless political parties, by certain disgruntled Army Officers and by those who are totally unaware about Army's functioning.

PM Shri Modiji, Def Min Parrikar and all responsible for the said decision have been deliberating on this issue since last four months and Lt Gen Bipin Rawat,AVSM,YSM,SM,VSM stands out as the Hands On Man for the job.
A combat Infantry Officer with vast experience of combat in insurgency and terrorist operations in J&K and the Northeast. Therefore the General is best suited for this appointment in the present environment of military operations faced by the Indian Army.
Lt Gen Bipin Rawat, AVSM,YSM,SM,VSM, has superseded the senior most Army Commander Lt Gen Praveen Bakshi, AVSM, VSM, who is heading the Eastern Army and Lt Gen PM Hariz,SM,VSM, who is heading the Southern Army. Gen Bakshi is an Armoured Corps Officer and Gen Hariz is an mechanized Infantry Officer. Both being from mechanized forces are unsuited and lack military operation experience, to execute any meaningful combat operations in insurgency, anti-terrorist, mountainous and jungle combat environment, they lack personal combat experience in all these areas.
PM Modiji is planning and looking ahead for a major shift from the present most lethargic, slow and routine military operations being undertaken and conducted by the assured seniority based promoted Generals of the Indian Army. Presently, daily avoidable fatal military casualties are increasing without any preventive and corrective action taken by all in the Chain of Command. The Indians Defense Forces are fully aware that Pakistan is a rogue nation and therefore no fair play can be expected from her at any time, than why complain, train and become more combat professional, cut the long tail and kick out the fat and flab and fight ferociously like a real combat soldier.
Expectation therefore are very high from Lt Gen Bipin Rawat,AVSM,YSM,SM,VSM, who will be heading the fourth largest brave Indian Army; which will now be required to give results, be proactive, kill the enemy and train hard, be thoroughly professional and should prevent her own casualties. On 16th of December 2016 India will celebrate the 45th anniversary of a landmark event in its modern history. We will celebrate the day on which during the 1971 India Pakistan war, the Pakistani forces in the east were completely defeated resulting in their entire Pakistani Eastern Army unconditionally surrendering to the Brave Indian Army, where 93000/ Pakistani Army, Navy and Air Force Officers & Soldiers, shamelessly knelt throwing their weapons, accepting defeat for unconditional surrender It is the day on which the 1971 war ended.
Well, it ended for most of the Nation. But there are 54 families for whom the war and the waiting has never ended till date. The agonizing wait goes on to this day. These are the families of the 54 Indian Army, Navy and AF Officers, JCO'S and Jawans, who were taken as POW in the western sector by the Pakistanis and who till date are still languishing in Pakistani Jail as POW. This had happened even when the Congress Government during that time, under Indira Gandhi returned without condition the 93000/ Pakistani POW, held with India, after the war. Ram Kishan Grewal, was a Territorial Army (TA) Soldier, served for 6 years and 11 month, in 105 Inf Battalion TA; before he took discharge from service and joined the Defence Security Corp, ultimately retiring as a JCO.

Sub Ram Kishan Grewal, committed alleged suicide on Tuesday 01 Nov evening, by consuming poisonous sulfas tablets, before dying he spoke on mobile phone to his son, narrating his grief over none payment of OROP to soldiers, (which factually is not correct as OROP has been paid to all) and at that moment he confessed to his son that he has consumed poisonous sulfas tablet to die for the said cause. This whole narration was taped by his son, why? because when the communication on the mobile phone had commenced, the son presumably should not have been aware that his father would confess at the end of the communication, that he has consumed poison to die. This raises lot many questions?
Now coming to the suicide note, this has been written on 31 Nov, and signed by four(4) retired veterans. Firstly, if it is signed on 31 Nov, than how can someone claim that Defence Minister had received it and did not grant him interview? When was it posted? because the very next day Sub Ram Kishan Grewal died, committed alleged suicide or plain murdered. Secondly, the most important, the most gruesome and ultimately the terrible dangerous fact is presence of three(3) retired veterans with him, when he had consumed the poisonous sulfas tablets and when he spoke to his son on the mobile phone. The conversation which was very systematically and with technical audio clarity taped, with possible aim to exploit it in future? Thirdly, why, no effort was made by the three(3) retired veterans present with him, to prevent Sub Ram Kishan Grewal from consuming poisonous sulfas tablets which finally killed him? And finally, why, it shouldn't be presumed that his three(3) companions were aware of all the plans? They deliberately, schemingly and with larger plan gave sulfas poison to Sub Ram Kishan Grewal, made him speak with the tutored script to his son and ensured it is taped.
The matter and the entire episode looks more dubious and full of suspicion, when the demand to sift the body to Jantar Mantar was made and the veracity of the dubious plan is further established when an retired officer of hunger strike fame claimed and stated to media, that Sub Ram Kishan Grewal used to be always present at Jantar Mantar, which is factually totally incorrect, blatant and shameless lie. This veteran officer needs to be probed for this incorrect statement.
Ladies and Gentlemen of India, there is something heinous and dangerous about the entire incident, it needs thorough criminal investigation, the truth should come out and all responsible to be punished? A PRESUMABLY INNOCENT 70 YEAR OLD ARMY VETERAN HAS LEFT MANY QUESTIONS UNANSWERED AND CERTAINLY NEEDS EXTREME JUSTICE.

The train from Jabalpur arrived late at Delhi railway station, nothing new; this was the problem every time. I, Rakesh DubeyCobra VirChakra, had to rush, as always; and run on the platform, rucksack on my back to catch the train every time. Shatabdi should have departed the station by now towards Chandigarh, I feared.
Glad! I some how made it to the train, which was sliding from the platform. Holding the bars of the door, I applied my muscular strength to board it. It is at that moment I realized, that a boy in front of me, was blocking my way. “Chandigarh Jana hai.”He retorted, “Than go inside” I said loudly, "train is moving", I added, " Is it the right train"? He again blurted. I had no choice but to push him inside to board the train in time. "We have made it", I said, "we would have missed the train, the way you were deciding"? trying to put some sense into the perplexed boy. I wondered, the boy seem extremely poor, as seen from his clothing and a torn cotton bag as his belonging. He visibly appeared out of place in AC chair car compartment. Well! I thought, he may be having reasons, to be in that situation at that point of time. Pushing the glass door into the AC ice cool compartment, I made my way to the vacant aisle seat.
Before I could settle, my attention was drawn towards a crisp sharp feminine voice, from the window seat "The Indian Railways has gone to dogs", she said;turning my face towards the window seat, I noticed her, she was a beautiful lady, although her face now was in scrimmage, not happy as the train was departing 10 minutes late. "Yes" I said, "but had it departed in time, I and the other boy would have missed the train".
Where is the boy? I wondered and looked around. That is the time I noticed, the boy was having some problem with the Ticket Collector, few other elite passengers were also crowding over him.Sensing some trouble, I got up and went outside. “He is a ticket less traveler;” the elite passengers standing in circle around the same boy, who had boarded the train with me; shouted in one tone, "they are thieves”. "Do not let him in" they all added.
“He has a Ticket” I shouted, "leave him", I said, flashing my "Vir Chakra", Gallantry Award, Government of India, Railway Pass, “he is with me.” The over zealous passenger shouting around him, were now left astounded.
I took the boy inside and offered him the seat in-between me and the disgruntled, beautiful lady. “Who is he?” she complained, shrinking in her seat, “do you have a ticket”, she asked the boy. "No", he said, than “why are you here?” “I do not know?” He said. What! She screamed and got up to approach the ticket collector to complain; never returned back, as she could possibly able to manage a better seat.
The boy was a poor farm labour, going to seek work in Chandigarh. Meal was served; we were hungry and enjoyed the wonderful journey, of course with discomfort to other elite passengers. I did a good deed, this was probably the first time the poor boy had experience, enjoyment and comfort of an ice cool AC coach along with good meal

The GST Bill now goes back to the Lok Sabha/the Select Committee, to carryout suggested amendments, thereafter it goes to the States for ratification. The GST Bill to become a Law, needs to be ratified by minimum 15 Indian States( BJP is ruling in 14 states, to take one more on board is just no problem). It finally goes to the President for his consent via Raja Sabha in November. GST is finally a reality, single taxation, no harassment or corruption,no tax evasion by any one and bringing the entire nation under one tax system/rule, to be effective hopefully from 01 April 2017.

The absolutely illiterate youth, having fake school certificates; the substandard soldier’s material are being enrolled, the so called backbone strength of the three forces. No training whatsoever is being imparted to them in any military training centers, because Firstly, this manpower does not have the minimum basic intellect and wisdom to assimilate any military training and Secondly they have no time for training, because they maintain the vast assets of Officers Leisure like the Clubs and Golf Courses; Thirdly, they are made to run and operate unnecessary created huge Marketing Complexes in Military Areas, inspite of civilian well stocked Bazaar available next door; Fourthly, the soldiers are made to carry out personal household chores of Officers and Junior Commissioned homes, they even wash the panties and bra of female members; Fifthly, these soldiers maintain and run CSD Canteens, another area of big corruption in the Defence Forces, the whole CSD stuff is blatantly sold to civilians with no fear at all of anyone and Finally therefore, this weak manpower material instead of becoming strength of the Force, become a object of ridicule, shame, disgrace and a burden on the Nation. This manpower ultimately is incapable of carrying out any military duty diligently, is not at all proficient in handling any sophisticated weapon systems effectively.

The resultant outcome is shameful news of Lt Gen Mehta of Army Ordinance Corps buying his rank from Brig to Lt Gen openly and boldly; The Army Chief Gen Dalbir Singh doing nothing, being weak himself. Mutiny in the Infantry Battalion located in the N-E, where ill trained, mentally and physically weak soldiers, the same soldiers who would happily wash women Panties and Bra, because that would keep them away from harsh, rough and tough military drills; gather courage to beat and in mob thrash Three Young Officers mercilessly. I do not think these officer or for that matter all the 20 some officer of that Combat Battalion will ever be able to come out of this serious shock and operate militarily ever. The entire Officer and Soldier cadre pull all string to look for a cool and sheltered posting; that is after their training if they were unable to manipulate by any corrupt means to get Supply Corps, Ordinance Corps, EME, MES, etc or all such military tail, where no military operation will ever be fought by them and still they will be able to falsely project themselves as Combat Soldiers in Public and accrue all benefits at the cost of actual Combat Troops. Another bunch of idiots are Army Medical Corps Doctors, joined The Defence Forces, probably, because they we’re the back benchers in their colleges, you ask them medicines for any ailment, and they open their medical manual for guidance immediately, “Chilling”; never fall sick in the Army. The Latest Joke is The MP Vypam tainted Doctors of Madhya Pradesh with Fake/ Doubtful Medical Degrees have been directed by the MP High Court to Serve in Army Medical Corps for 5 (Five) years without pay, it is only then, they will become eligible for their Medical Degree, WHY?  Because MP High Court is aware that since AMC is already running with such Fake and Substandard Doctors, another bunch of idiots would do no harm. IF YOU WANT TO MEET A “JOKER”, KINDLY GO AND MEET THE “GENERALS” OF ARMY MEDICAL AND VETERINARY CORPS; Their Treatment is Similar and the Efficacy of Hilarity Same.  

I do not know why? The Indian Army is going slow in implementing the orders to drastically cut The Tail, the Non Combat Soldiers; the lot which civilian see in uniform all over; Friends they are not soldiers, they are civilians in uniform. The Actual Combat Soldiers Fight and Die Unheard, and they belong to the limited but Tough Combat Arms. The Indian Defence Forces need 100% overhaul, with the present 100% Generals, the Hierarchy to be retired mercilessly. Non Combat Arms cut to size. All non military postings and the concept of Civilian Defence Employs to be done away with.  Services HQ strength to be cut drastically. We want no substandard steel in Combat Indian Navy Ships, No Sub Standard Submarines; Yes Indian Navy Officers are involved, Jail them. Same goes for IAF'S Former Air Chief Tyagi, he should be taken to task for tainting the entire Air HQ in corruption. Gen Dalbir, you and your Generals has to give much answer to the Nation, Why, Brave Young Officers and Soldiers should die, train them hard, raise your standards, get best weapon systems, and screw your 5 years planning and defunct doctrines. If you desire to be remembered correctly, kick and hang the sissy Mutineer, Jail the Corrupt Generals. Train the Combat Officers and their Soldiers Extremely Hard, Provide them the World's Best Technology and Ensure Protection of their Pride and Dignity.
