MHA GoI, has issued a official letter dated 29 April 19; to Rahul Gandhi asking him to furnish proof/explain his actual status of Foreign Citizenship. This Notice gives only 15 days time to him, to clarify his Foreign Citizenship status.
The complaint is from the BJP Parliamentarian Dr Subramanian Swamy to the MHA. Dr Swamy during 2017, could officially obtain the proof of Rahul Gandhi's declaration of being a British National; from Britain's Registrar of Companies ( Companies House) of the British Government. It was than he had summited his report (complain) to the "Ethics Committee" of the Lok Sabha, Chaired by Shri LK Advani; who till date is sleeping over this Report( And he wanted to be The President of India and shamelessly desired Lok Sabha ticket for 2019 elections). This aspect came to lime light, recently when an Independent Candidate fighting elections in Amethi had also complained about the same to the EC, but the EC had directed than, that this aspect does not fall under it's preview; and can only be best decided by the MHA GoI.
It is therefore MHA GoI on 29 April 19, has issued a official letter signed by Shri BC Joshi, Director Citizenship MHA; to Rahul Gandhi stating that "his ministry has received a Representation from Dr Subramanian Swamy, MP ; in which it has been brought out that a company named Backops Limited was Registered in the United Kingdom in the year 2003, with address 51 South gate Street, Winchester, Hampshire SO23 9EH and that you( Rahul Gandhi) were one of the Directors and Secretary of the said company,"And had declared yourself as a British National.
Rahul Gandhi has been asked by the Home Ministry to explain within 15 days his "Factual Position" over a complaint that he has Foreign Citizenship. The complaint by the BJP MP, Dr Subramanian Swamy, who has for years been alleging that the Congress President has declared himself a British Citizen in certain official documents in UK.
The ministry refers to the complaint, saying that in the company's Annual Returns filed on October 10, 2005 and October 31, 2006, Rahul Gandhi's date of birth is 19 June 1970, and "Rahul Gandhi had declared his Nationality as British."
The dissolution application of the company dated February 17, 2009 also refers to Rahul Gandhi's Nationality as British, the letter says."You are requested to intimate the Factual Position in the matter to this ministry within a fortnight of the receipt of the communication," the Home Ministry has written. It has also been found that along with Rahul Gandhi Priyanka Vadra was also having the similar declaration in that British company.
Question is, why this timing of action? It should be noted that crime can be best caught when the criminal is caught red handed. Rahul Gandhi has on Oath filed and submitted all his nomination papers/documents for Amethi and Wayanad Lok Sabha Elections recently; and now is options to withdraw his nominations has also lapsed. It is therefore documentary and official, what all papers he has submitted; and now he just cannot deny anything which is officially signed by him. Now if he says he is a British National, he automatically loses his Indian Nationality(As per the Indian Constitution); and will therefore, may face criminal action for cheating India, being an MP of Lok Sabha since 2004 and therefore being unauthorizedly preview to all the Official Secrets of India. A very very serious criminal act. Secondly if he denies his British Nationality, than criminal investigation will commence, as to how and why did he declare himself as British National in Britain, fooling/cheating, the British "Companies House" (Registrar of Companies)
"Rahul Gandhi and Cotrie your days are numbered".
