FITNESS IS ONE ADDICTION I SINCERELY ADVISE FOR EVERY ONE



Friends, surround yourself with fitness minded people, because they will always addict you with the positivity of Fitness.
There will be times, when you would feel, that sticking to your workout routine isn’t worth it anymore?
You get disappointed, when it may seem to you, that you aren’t getting the results you want as fast as you’d like. Or perhaps you’re tired of fighting with your body day in and day out.
Well I am here to tell you that everyone feels this way from time to time. It’s natural for those, who have never undertaken physical exercise to keep themselves physically fit, in their life; nor have they seen anyone in their family with fitness addiction; naturally these quick result type will always doubt and fear the value of being physically fit and tough and may even think about quitting the fitness regime.
To this lot I ask them to remember that their body can stand almost any amount of hardship, toughness and physical pain, in their run up to becoming physically extremely fit
Body is yours, therefore the enjoyment will be yours if you are physically fit. But if you are not, the suffering will be terrible, I should candidly warn you.

Don't wish for a good body, you have to work hard for it.
