Sawan or Shravan, the most auspicious month in the Hindu calendar, began on July 17, Wednesday. The holy Hindu month will end on August 15, on the occasion of Independence Day & Rakshabandhan. Sawan is the fifth month of the Hindu calendar and it falls in the period between July and August every year. All Mondays falling during the Sawan month are considered to be Extremely Significant, as Monday is the day when Lord Shiva is worshiped. The first Sawan Somwar was observed on July 22.

Ladies and Gentlemen of India, hereafter, India & Indians will not be defensive to meekly claim that J&K is integral part of India. The colossal damage and sin done by Nehru & Indira Gandhi Family and Congress party against Union Of India has been washed and undone today, Jammu, Kashmir including Pakistani occupied Kashmir, Aksia Chin, the area illegally occupied by China; and the Ladakh Region is now being officially confirmed as integral part of India. 
After the consent of Honorable President of The Union Of India, today, Jammu and Kashmir, including PoK becomes Union Territory with Legislative Assembly under the Lt Governor and Ladakh becomes Union Territory without Legislative Assembly, under the direct control of the Central Government.
The shameless Congress party and few Anti-India leaders could not put forth any viable argument/ benefit, as to why they are supporting the continuation of article 370 & 35A for the people of J&K, and to oppose the Bill.

Thanks to the foolish exuberance and move by the Honorable Speaker of Karnataka Assembly; by paving the way of reduced strength of MLA's in the Karnataka Legislative Assembly. The disqualification of 3 MLA's was too fast too soon, as also now the Speaker has limited choice with regards to the fate of remaining Rebel MLA's, holed up presently in Hotels in Mumbai. They cannot now contest by-elections in the present term of the Karnataka Assembly.
It is because of this latest overnight development in the Karnataka Politics, that Shri Yeddyurappa got the green signal to stake claim today to form the BJP Government in the State Of Karnataka.

MODI GOVT CLIPS THE ARROGANCE OF IAS, IPS, IFS.

The service of IAS, IPS and IFS Coming this Aug 19 will be allotted on basis of foundation course along with UPSC marks. 
Ranking in the civil services exam will not be the sole criteria anymore for allotting of services to candidates selected by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC). 
The Modi government has decided that 10 per cent weightage will now be given to the performance of selected candidates in the "Mandatory" Combined Foundation Course ( till date this course was taken by these cadres as a joke & passtime).
According to a Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) notification dated 9 July, starting this year, the services allotted to candidates would be subject to change depending on their performance in the foundation course. 
This idea of a unified foundation course was first proposed by the PMO last year. It was suggested that candidates selected by the UPSC would be allotted services not on the basis of their rankings in the UPSC exam, but on the basis of a Unified Foundation Course.
The proposal, however, was put on the backburner after the Modi government faced enormous backlash for attempting to tweak the recruitment of Civil Servants, and introducing what was seen as a high degree of subjectivity in the process of Service Allocation.
The latest government move to give weightage to the unified foundation course comes in this backdrop. 
The DoPT wants to make a fresh attempt to bring all 1,000-1,200 candidates selected by UPSC under a unified foundation course soon after they are recruited by the commission.
This is a major shift ever Implemented to bring total professionalism in these cadres and take out the arrogance of self style power centre in the country.

"KARNATAKA IS SURELY HEADING FOR THE PRESIDENT RULE"

Modiji Government at Centre is in no hurry/mood to install a Lame Duck Government under Yeddyurappa in Karnataka. It is therefore the Central BJP leadership has not yet given green signal to Karnataka BJP leadership and it is likely that it may not relent anytime soon unless there is clarity that the Yeddyurappa led Government can survive the Prevailing Political Turmoil in the State.
The second most important crisis which Karnataka is facing presently is total shut down, if the Finance Bill is not cleared by the Assembly by 31 July 19, that is by end of this month.
These political crisis may force the Governor of Karnataka, Honorable Shri Vajubhai Vaka to envoke Artical 356, for a total Constitutional Failure in the State. He may therefore Recommend the Centre to clamp The President Rule in the State Of Karnataka, very soon.
This is the most unprecedented situation, the development which the Central Government was fully aware, it is for this reason, they were in no hurry till date to form a BJP Government under Shri Yeddyurappa ji.
Modiji realizes that enough damage has been done to the State's development by the Corrupt Coalition JD(S) and Congress Government till it fell, no further confusion can therefore be prolonged due to feared lack of stability of the future Government.

INDIAN ARMY UNDERGOES MAJOR CHANGE

BEGINNING END JULY.

The Indian Army will undergo major restructuring, which will begin as GOI approval for reorganization of the Indian Army Headquarters (AHQ) has already been given and expected to begin by this month-end July.
The AHQ restructuring is the first of the four studies being undertaken as part of the transformation of the force.
The Government has already given in-principle approval for the AHQ restructuring, to identify and to operationally utilize the available space. 
A new Deputy Chief (Sustenance) is going to look after all procurement,”under the plan. The Master-General Ordnance will report to the Deputy Chief to bring all ammunition under one head.
The Army now has two Deputy Chiefs, one for Information Systems and Training and the other for Planning and Systems.
These functions are being brought under one authority to avoid overlapping .
In another major change at the AHQ, the Directorates of Military Operations, Military Intelligence and Operational Logistics will report to the Deputy Chief (Strategy). The Perspective Planning Directorate will also report to this Deputy Chief.
The third Deputy Chief, Information Systems, will look after all technology and Cyber-Related Issues.
A new post of Additional Director-General (ADG), Vigilance, is being created, and he will report to the Army chief.
The four studies ordered by Army chief Gen Bipin Rawat are restructuring of the AHQ; the Army Restructuring which includes Creation of Integrated Battle Groups (IBG); The cadre review of Officers; and Review of the Terms and Conditions of Junior Commissioned Officers and Other Ranks.
The aim is a Holistic Integration to Enhance the Operational and Functional Efficiency, Optimize Budget Expenditure, Facilitate Force Modernization and address Aspirations in the Army.
The creation of new post of ADG Vigilance , is to ensure and Implement Information, of all Investigations which generally happen locally in the Indian Army. This will Standardize the Nature of Punishment, make available Record and Feedback, when being promoted.
There will also be a new Post of ADG, Human Resources, who “shall take Proactive Action on HR violations.”
In the Quartermaster General (QMG) branch, the post of ADG Technology Evaluation, is to be abolished and now the Chief Engineers in Formations will be responsible for constructions in their area, and not the Army Headquarters, as practiced presently, as AHQ cannot look into/monitor every construction that is happening all over Cantt & Military Stations in India.
The entire Training Function will move under the Army Training Command (ARTRAC), which will be shifted from Shimla to Meerut. 
The Director-General, Rashtriya Rifles (RR), now based in Delhi, will be moved to Udhampur, under an Additional Director-General (ADG), where the Northern Command is located. 

The Revamp of The Indian Army is now on fast track mode, therefore many more changes will happen soon.

TIRANGA NEWS TV CHANNEL DYING OR DEAD

Congress leader Kapil Sibal funded news channel, Tiranga TV has suddenly disappeared from several leading cable and direct-to-home (DTH) services. This is leading to speculations that the channel is certainly planning to pull the plug of Tiranga News Channel. 
Now the Anti-National journalist Barkha Dutt, whose help this Anti-National Congress Leader Kabil Sibal took to open this Anti-India Tiranga TV Channel is lashing out Kapil Sibal, stating that he has treated journalists of Tiranga TV "in a hideous way.
Stating that over 200 employees at the Noida-based HTN Tiranga TV, promoted by Sibal and his wife, have had "their equipment confiscated and face sackings without even a 6 month pay out". The situation at the channel was "appalling, and number of people had given up offers or left their jobs "on assurance from Kapil Sibal of a professionally run newsroom and a minimum tenure of 2 years", says this journalist Barkha Dutt. According to Dutt, "Neither husband nor wife have even showed up to talk to the staff, even after cancelling all live programming for 48 hrs.."
"What is most shameful is that Kapil Sibal earns crores every day and wont pay 200 employees, as per the Industry norm of 6 months or at least 3 months pay out, ruining the lives of 200 plus is Burkha Dutt complaining from the roof top.
The journalist also alleged that Sibal and his wife wanted to use Prime Minister Narendra Modi "as an excuse" to sack staff, by falsely alleging that PM is not letting the channel run.
"But to be absolutely blunt. Government of India (GOI) has done nothing like that. This fraud husband and wife are not facing the staff, but went on holiday to London, while shutting shop, exactly like Mallya, Dutt tweeted.
Dutt also alleged that she has been threatened with defamation and also been "ordered to withdraw" her emails comparing Sibal to Mallya.
She till date has refused to withdraw the emails. She says, that she would support the staff of HTN Tiranga TV and will help them fight this legally, with a criminal case and complain".
The journalist also accused Sibal's wife of verbally abusing female staffers of the channel, and stated that the case is fit for the National Commission for Women (NCW). "We will place signed affidavits to prove our case,"say Fraud and Cheat Dutt.
Lesson should be learnt by all the Anti-India, Anti-Hindu, Anti-BJP, Anti-RSS, Indians, that Falsehood and Fraudulent approach meets only this kind of end,
It is also for everyone's info that Kabil Sibal's wife who was running the India's biggest Beef Abattoir in the State of UP had to shamelessly shut that shop also.
