Train insane or remain the same and if you think lifting weights is dangerous and difficult, try being weak, that I suppose is more dangerous and difficult to live with. Therefore, let the workout be part of your life, because you gotta be tough, that is the only way this wicked world will respect you.
As you grow in age your exercise routine and regime should become more tough, strenuous, difficult and challenging. This I advice against the advice of all Doctors, who would advice you otherwise. How incorrect and wrong they are, I have my own doctrine and I follow it regularly and sincerely. All those who wish to remain extremely healthy, fit, well, happy and fine must follow blindly what I now ask you to do. Climb steps by walk and run and do 500 to 1000 skipping rope exercise daily; do 500 push-ups daily, 250 push-ups in the morning and 250 push-ups in the evening; do barbell, dumb-bell with increasing weights for Chest, Shoulders, Arms, Biceps,Triceps etc etc. Surprising, I give no/little break to my daily routine. Next I am adding Mughdal or Indian heavy wooden clubs in my daily routine.
Yoga and Pranayam for wellness, agility and internal organs fitness is a must along with these fitness rigorous and strenuous exercise routine.
Gradually reduce your dependence on Allopathic medicine switch to Aryoveda, because side effects of allopathy negates all your fitness benefits.
Make this fun and enjoyment routine and not as punishment and fatigue drill. You should feel refreshed and rejuvenate and not tired and weak, if that happens visit a doctor.
