"CAB" NRC
The States have no powers to refuse implementation of Citizenship Act. The State Governments legally or otherwise cannot reject/block the Implementation of the Citizenship (Amendment) Act, 2019 as the Legislation was enacted under the Union List of the 7th Schedule of the Constitution, According to the Citizenship Act, members of Hindu, Sikh, Buddhist, Jain, Parsi and Christian communities who have come from Pakistan, Bangladesh and Afghanistan till December 31, 2014 and facing Religious Persecution there will not be treated as Illegal Immigrants but will be given Indian Citizenship.
The act says the refugees of the six communities will be given Indian citizenship after residing in India for five years, instead of 11 years earlier.
The Indian Parliament which has passed this Legislation by majority, has elected representative from every corner of India.Therefore eruption of Political Agitation in certain selected areas, is the failure of those Members of Parliament who were sleeping while the debate was on and had no valid Argument/Reason to oppose CAB in the Lok/Rajya Sabha.
The main instigator to create anarchy in India is the Congress, TMC and very few Muslim Parties, because their game/plan to Loot and destroy India, is getting difficult under Modiji's BJP Rule.
