LUNGI DANCE LUNGI DANCE. SOUTH INDIA CELEBRATE.

Why there is total void and silence in Bangalore and in South, during all Indian gusto, thrill and adulation filled religious festivities? Why there is quiet and shyness, in open and conspicuous celebration of our custom and traditions in Bangalore/ in South?

The powerful Hindu, Sikh, Jain and Buddhism, are exclusive and pure Indian faith / religion. A belief originated, with roots in this sacred sub continent and having followers, throughout the globe. The religion, full of extreme fun and life. Revered from heart and soul, and not by force or remunerative conversion. The belief and faith celebrated with fete regale, without bias or prejudice, fear or scare, or malice of any kind. The festivities are always purely devotional.

Look at Hyderabad; It celebrated Ganesha Chaturthi to fervid beyond. 50 thousand Ganesha idol Pandals adorned the city. Liberation of Hyderabad from the Muslim Nizam, made people subconsciously, feel secure till date. The Power Of Lord Shri Balaji reverberate and resonate There always.

The brave, powerful and mighty Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj inculcated a sense of pride and nationality in the Hindu martial Maratha's, a race, who fought fearlessly against the tyranny of Mogul King Aurangzeb. Look at Maharashtra and its people; The pride. It is a pleasure to participate, in Shri Krishna Janmastami, Dahi Handi, a macho event, and the Ganesha Chaturthi Celebration, in the entire state.
The Maratha's also ruled Gujarat, wresting control from the Muslims during 18th century, reviving, Navratri celebrations, of Goddess Durga, the Goddess of Shakti, Power/ Strength, and Lord Shri Krishna’s Raas Garba Dandiya Dance, a religious event; enticingly popular, unique and divine. West Bengal. The ground zero of Goddess Durga Shakti celebrations. Where, the Muslim Nawab, the ruler, desired to convert to Hinduism. Though! However, the Brahmins, did not agree/ permit.

Punjab and Haryana. Where, the Cow is worshiped and not killed, the state of strong people. The gallant Sikh, who continuously fought the moguls, remain jubilant and in the state of celebration, all throughout. The states of Uttrakhand, Himachal Pradesh, MP, Chhattisgarh, Odissa, Bihar, Assam, Jammu and Leh region of J&K are the Gods own country where, the Hindu, Sikh, Jain and Buddhism faith reside. Here, the festival season commences from Holi in March till Diwali in November.

The Maharana Pratap, a fearless and brave Rajput King, who never surrendered to the cowardly and despotic rule of the muslims; Inspire all the confidence for immense festivity from March to November in Rajasthan. In UP, the tyrant period of Muslim rule could not dent the spirit of Hindu, Sikh, Jain And Buddhist celebrations, in the state.

UNFORTUNATELY IN SOUTH

Tipu Sultan, and not Sri Krishna Raja Deva, King Of Vijayanagar Empire, is a hero. Tipu Sultan was a tyrant ruler. One who committed Islamic brutalities, by coercive conversion of Hindus to Islam, destroying thousand of Temples, damaging and destroying the complete fabric, thinking and belief of the Hindus? The basic reason, for subdued, poor fervor and almost dead pomp and show celebrations in Bangalore/ in South.

It is almost 400 years now, the Muslim rule is dead and gone.  Let us come out of our closet, and revive the great Indian spirit of celebrations. Honey Singh, what an inspiring dance number by you!!! Sri Krishna Raja Deva Sir, you are our Hero. South Indians, let us dance-------
