Mrs.Vijaya and Dr N K Kalia, the Proud, Brave and Bereaved parents of this Gallant Indian Army Young Officer, are demanding Justice by hitting the hammer of Jurisprudence on the wrong nail. Let Pakistanis, screw and produce as many bastards as possible, but till date, a Pakistani is yet to be born, who can touch or kill any Indian Army soldier, and above that, the JAT are a tough and a brave lot, to allow any coward Pakistani soldier to come near them.

Than what exactly happened?

Lt Saurab Kalia was a civilian boy till Aug 1997, thereafter he made it to the elite Indian Military Academy( IMA), after a very tough and competitive selection procedure. The IMA imparted him the basic military training; commissioning him as an Officer, on 31Dec 98; in the Indian Army’s 4 JAT Regiment. He joined the Regiment at Kargil, on 15 Jan 1999.
Lt Saurab Kalia was therefore, raw, unaware and totally untrained for even basic military combat drill and fighting, and to lead combat soldiers in war. A young Infantry Officer becomes a trained, seasoned and hardened Soldier, only after he undergoes, immediately after commissioning; the most systematic, tough and all terrain, professional Infantry Young Officer Course; followed by the world’s most difficult and the best, tough and continuous day and night one month Commando training. It is only then, the Infantry Young Officer is certified fit for any combat military fighting.
Lt Saurab Kalia, therefore was unfit to lead any combat military patrol, that to in an unknown mountainous and high altitude terrain, and above that his combat patrol strength was mere Five (5) men, an Infantry strength incapable of any sustained military fight.
Lt Saurab Kalia and his Five (5) brave JAT Soldiers, were therefore sent on a suicidal mission, with nonviable fighting strength and capability, they were in fact inadvertently murdered by their own Officers, the Company Commander, the Commanding Officer, the Brigade Commander and the Divisional Commander. It is time the Indian Army and Lt Saurab Kalia's Parents, locate these criminals and bring them to Justice. 
The Pakistani’s are not brave, they are Vultures, Pigs who hunted, these Brave and Gallant Martyr, pushed into death by their own people, the Officers in Command over them.( Lt Saurab Kalia commissioned on 31 Dec 98, joined 4 JAT on 15 Jan 99, Martyred on 9 June 99.)

OROP? The good for nothing retired Generals, have barked enough all over, on Media, TV Channels, now on streets, cursing all and sundry, except themselves for the OROP Mess. These elite leech, while in service, were suffering from severe cataract, to create an Indian Army full of Flab, a long tail, resulting into denture teeth, weakening the real combat soldier, demolishing the actual fighting strength; thus degrading the shine of the Indian Army’s biting teeth; the moral of the combat fighters, the diehard soldiers. It is time, the Nation should know, that the ranks of the flab, the tail, have so bloated, that even Military Nursing Service has a Star Rank Officer; it will not be out of place to mention, that large Promotions prospects have been taken over by Non Fighting men in Uniform, the so called Notional Soldiers; who have and will never see any combat throughout their service in the Indian Army. No doubt, therefore the impetus, the resolve, the strength of these Generals, in demanding OROP, is so Weak and Hilarious, that these idiots have made us "Combat Soldiers", a laughing stock, in the eyes of the National Public. Except to the Government, they have foolishly given everyday presentation on OROP, to the entire unconcerned population, of the Nation. Now everyone on street, ridiculously, pokes the fighting soldier’s pride, by mischievously commenting, that OROP will give every soldiers a big monetary booty? The tail, the flab, as usual lack soldier’s pride, and shamelessly, stand much ahead in line to demand OROP; it is time they are pruned drastically forever.

Defence Minister and Respected Modiji, you know the inside story? The "Combat Soldiers" have given everything, neglecting themselves and their families; in the Service of this Great Nation. Now they are left with only one Treasure, “Their Pride”, if that is taken away, no Passionate Youth, would ever Join the Indian Army, and Sacrifice his life for India. Yes!! You would get many Naukri Seekers.

      

SOLDIERS HAVE A LEGENDARY LEGACY, THE ONLY TREASURE WITH THEM TO BEQUEST.

It was a regular working day at Bangalore, soothingly sunny and good weather. The India’s great metro city was vibrant, like every day with young professionals moving focused, zooming in their vehicles, some going home and many probably to their office, to meet their USA and European clients’, deadline. The scene on the roads, inspite of the best effort, of comparatively efficient Bangalore Police Force; was of commotion, traffic jam, pedestrian Jay walking and chaos.
Dr Rahul Dubey, a handsome, tall and smart young man, was on his Bullet Classic motorcycle, on his way to Indiranagar, on a professional call, to the chain of clinics of the Doctors Firm, where he works; time was extremely premium to him. For the reason of quick reach, he was moving by a motorcycle not a car. 
The time was 1600h, peak hour of the day, for heavy traffic of all forms.
Dr Rahul Dubey, on reaching near Koramangala, on Hosur road; realized that he was into a massive traffic jam; having no way/option, he decided to exercise his expertise of bike riding, to squeeze, moving his way through to the head of the traffic jam column. The traffic light count indicated, that only few seconds were remaining for the light to turn green, “Good he thought, to himself,” still enough time with him for his call of Doctors duty.
It is at that time, in that split second; Dr Rahul Dubey, noticed a man attempting to cross the road. Almost, at all angles and attempt, the man was narrowly missing the fast moving vehicular traffic from hitting him; this strange feat was happening on the adjacent road. The light turned green, simultaneously.
Dr Rahul Dubey, could immediately sense the danger to the pedestrian; parking his bike, at the same place, he ran to the Jay walker.
The traffic lights were still green, and it is during the same time, another man, of Dr Rahul Dubey age; his car now parked in the centre of the jam, blocking all vehicular move; came out running to the same pedestrian; he was also, probably, observing and had seen the man looming towards extreme danger. A huge commotion followed, vehicular public was now thoroughly agitated, all had noticed the pedestrian in trouble, but than they thought, it is none of their business; God should take care of such people.
Both these conscientious, young youth of India, on reaching the pedestrian in distress; realized that the man was absolutely blind, helpless and innocently oblivious of the threat to his life. The crescendo of honking was alarmingly perilous. It is then, Dr Rahul Dubey, told the other good hearted Samaritan, to leave, and remove his car, which was blocking the traffic at the junction.
Turning his attention towards the helpless man, Dr Rahul Dubey, who was already holding his hand; asked the destination, the exact place, the blind man was heading and wanted to go. “Domlur” he said, “Well”, said, Dr Rahul Dubey, since he was going to Indiranagar, he would drop him at Domlur. “What do you do?” the blind man asked Dr Rahul Dubey. On being told that he was a Doctor, he seemed eager to ask further question; “Well than”, the man inquired, “Can he make Rs 400/, if he sold his blood at St John’s Hospital.” “Why do you want to do that”? Dr Rahul Dubey inquired. “I want to buy the white cane, and I am falling short of Rs 400/,” the blind man painstakingly replied. Dr Rahul Dubey could understand that the man was referring to the white Hoover" cane, designed primarily as a mobility tool used to detect objects in the path of a user.
The blind man held Dr Rahul Dubey tightly, sitting pillion on his Bullet Classic; they zoomed past, avoiding all major chronic traffic junctions of Bangalore nasty traffic; reaching Domlur, the place where the blind man desired to be ferried. “Wish You All The Best,” Dr Rahul Dubey, expressed, during parting hand shake of the blind man. “Would you mind if I gift you with Rs 500/, it will solve your shortfall of Rs 400/, and then you need not sell your blood.”Handing over the gift, Dr Rahul Dubey melted into the traffic, towards Indiranagar. “Some days are special and challenging”, he thought, “and appear in your life occasionally to test you”. Did he pass the test, he wondered??

The Virulently Mushrooming Large Number of Ex- Servicemen Organizations, headed by Failed Retired Generals, Admirals and Air Marshals have been dangerously harming the interest of the Defence Forces, more so the OROP; from last so many years. These Highly Politicized Star Officers are today found Flabbergasted, Dumbfound and with their Foot in the Mouth, with the FM statement, during Budget Speech, that OROP Allocation is in the Defence Budget itself. The latest Defence Budget, with the Increase of 10.95%, stands at 2.47 lakh crore, for financial year 2015-16. Now the entire False Facade and Malicious effort of Agitation, in Delhi at Jantar Mantar, especially during recent Delhi Election; Falls Flat, Face blackened, these Generals stands exposed for cheating everyone, all throughout; the fact that OROP, is required to be worked out from within the Defence Budget, was made very clear, to these Lobbyist, by the FM, much earlier.

The Defence Forces is required to judiciously handle their share of Defence money. How?

It cannot happen, that for approximately 35000-40000 Officers, Indian Army has created more than 80000 plus married accommodations in Military Stations / Cantonments, all over India, where as the Families of Officers concentrate their stay in Metro Stations only, with the result Officer Accommodations in places like Assam/ East and North, and some area’s in West remain unoccupied. Not to forget, large numbers of Officer are Bachelors; Now, Firstly, the Defence Budget has been wasted in these constructions and thereafter, continuously being drained in their recurring maintenance every day. Same is the case with JCO and Jawans accommodations; combine this with Navy and Air Force, imagine the colossal criminal waste of Nations Money.

Army, Navy and Air Force are in a habit of creating wasteful infrastructure, for no valid reason. JCO club, NCO club and now OR club, are few laughing examples. Huge CSD and marketing complexes in Stations, in spite of the fact that market outside, in civil areas is much better, cheaper, well stocked and has varieties. Every Establishment in the Station creates its own separate infrastructure. Blatantly, Institutions are created, which can be common, and can be easily shared; above all, the most pitiable and shocking, they create their own exclusive separate War Memorials.

CSD Depots and CSD is another Organization, within the Defence Forces which is not only nurturing large scale Corruption at all Levels, but also unnecessarily utilizes huge amount of the Defence money, thus blocking it from its legitimate use elsewhere. Not only that, Defence Forces illegitimately deploy large strength of Officers, JCOs and Soldiers, as sales, marketing and administrative staff. The CSD HQ “Adelphi” at Mumbai, to large net work of CSD Depots, spread all over India, has big strength of civilian employs, corrupt, useless and wasteful, eating away a big chunk of the Defence Budget.

Institution like Golf, Riding, Swimming and Various clubs etc, are being run with the Defence Budget money for Commercial Civilian use, with no benefit whatsoever to enhance the combat capability of the Serving Defence Personnel’s.

The Biggest, Largest and the most Severe Corruption and Huge wither away of Defence Budget is Disability Pension. It can be Very Well Understood and Appreciated that Soldiers getting Disabled due to Combat action/ Training, by all Account and Means, be given Disability Pension, “BUT” Certainly not to those, who are suffering from Hyper Tension on account of Alcoholism. Certainly not to those, who are ailing because of Life Style Lethargy. In the Defence Forces Officers, JCOs and Jawans are very Conveniently Manipulating Medical Categories, by conniving with Doctors, and therefore manage advantage of Large Percentage of Disability Allowances running into many Thousands every month.

“NCC” is another Organization, which is a Big Fertile Ground of Monetary and Professional Corruption by Officers, JCO and Jawans of the Defence Forces. Defence Force on the Slightest Pretext Cry of the Officers Shortage, in their Organization, and at the same time very Happily Part with Medically Fit Officer, JCO and Jawans to NCC. This is another Big Drain of the Defence Money.

The List is Very Long, here only few aspects have been mentioned, as there are Certain Mismanagement and Corruption, which cannot be made Public; which the Defence Forces should Rectify at the Earliest and Fastest, before it gets out of hand and into the Public Domain, as these Retired Generals, very soon, with all stupidity; will again come out to protest, in Public.

Defence Force, please Reduce your Tail, which is Presently very Long and Redundant, and make yourself Thoroughly Professional and into a Cutting Edge Force.

The OROP Money is in the Defence Budget Allocated for 2015-16. As regards Procurement of Defence Equipment, Kindly do not put your Non Financial Brain in it, The Government will take care of that Aspect/Issue, separately.
