Do hot water gargling, drink hot beverages and if you suspect some kind of allergy, because each individual is aware of his bodies allergic reactions to things like dust, mites etc; than take cetirizine tablet and sleep and rest, your problem will be over. If you are susceptible to frequent cold, ensure your body is not deficient of vitamin C and vitamin E, these are very minor issues. Also ensure you are exposed to morning Sun for a while daily.
The most important routine of your day should start and end with heavy physical exercise.Morning with Yog and Pranayam and evening with skipping and pushups.There is no shortcut to this routine at all. Don't ever sleep in the afternoon, don't keep your stomach filled and full, have meals with 8 hours gap in between daily. Have fruit banana to boost your energy throughout the day, keep yourself engaged and busy in some activity throughout the day, if energy level goes down have banana. Your meals should consist of good amount of vegetarian protein, greens to include in quantity lemon, garlic, citrus fruits. Have no non vegetarian items except enjoy plenty of eggs preparations. Enjoy your drinks at time, without getting addicted to it, because it has other ill effects.
If you are keeping fit, happy and full of energy, whatever may be your age covid 19 will not come near you ever. While planning to move out of your home for work and errand task/job, ensure the following
Wear your mask,not permanently but when proximity is required during purchase, office work, when alone remove your mask and breath fresh air.
Ensure your moving out of your home and office is most essential requirement and not to while away time unnecessarily.
Prevent yourself from unwanted socialising, gatherings like marriage,religious functions and meetings.
Carry a water bottle and keep yourself always hydrated.
Avoid the unnecessary services of excess servants in your house.
No handshake/ hug, keep everyone when outside your house at arm's length.
Remember this Covid 19 is a respiratory tract problem, therefore you should ensure your breathing airways is always clear of any cough, cold and infection.The common cold and development of cough/ infection starts from your bad throat, therefore at all cost prevent that from happening, pull all your cough away from entering your lungs into your stomach, the acidic flush inside your stomach will kill the infection of Covid 19 attack.
