DO YOU KNOW, CONGRESS PARTY AND ITS CRONY, PRIEST ANTHONY HAS RUINED THE INDIAN DEFENCE FORCES? THE SITUATION IS THEREFORE MUTINOUS.

Congress Party and Priest Anthony, has systematically and very intelligently ensured that the strong fabric of The Indian Defence Forces is somehow destroyed. To reach to that goal it went about sowing Corrupt, Substandard, Weak, Spineless and Physically Fragile and Medically Sick Man Power into the Army Navy & Air Force. This substandard man material once inside have created a strong culture of Boot Licking and therefore are the easy object and subject of corruption in the Indian Defence Forces. Higher Promotion can be manipulated under the veil of Service Confidentiality and Secrecy by your money power, with no question asked by anyone inspite of full knowledge of the facts; under the threat of Archaic Military Laws. The absolutely illiterate youth, having fake school certificates; the substandard soldier’s material are being enrolled, the so called backbone strength of the three forces. No training whatsoever is being imparted to them in any military training centers, because Firstly, this manpower does not have the minimum basic intellect and wisdom to assimilate any military training and Secondly they have no time for training, because they maintain the vast assets of Officers Leisure like the Clubs and Golf Courses; Thirdly, they are made to run and operate unnecessary created huge Marketing Complexes in Military Areas, inspite of civilian well stocked Bazaar available next door; Fourthly, the soldiers are made to carry out personal household chores of Officers and Junior Commissioned homes, they even wash the panties and bra of female members; Fifthly, these soldiers maintain and run CSD Canteens, another area of big corruption in the Defence Forces, the whole CSD stuff is blatantly sold to civilians with no fear at all of anyone and Finally therefore, this weak manpower material instead of becoming strength of the Force, become a object of ridicule, shame, disgrace and a burden on the Nation. This manpower ultimately is incapable of carrying out any military duty diligently, is not at all proficient in handling any sophisticated weapon systems effectively.

The resultant outcome is shameful news of Lt Gen Mehta of Army Ordinance Corps buying his rank from Brig to Lt Gen openly and boldly; The Army Chief Gen Dalbir Singh doing nothing, being weak himself. Mutiny in the Infantry Battalion located in the N-E, where ill trained, mentally and physically weak soldiers, the same soldiers who would happily wash women Panties and Bra, because that would keep them away from harsh, rough and tough military drills; gather courage to beat and in mob thrash Three Young Officers mercilessly. I do not think these officer or for that matter all the 20 some officer of that Combat Battalion will ever be able to come out of this serious shock and operate militarily ever. The entire Officer and Soldier cadre pull all string to look for a cool and sheltered posting; that is after their training if they were unable to manipulate by any corrupt means to get Supply Corps, Ordinance Corps, EME, MES, etc or all such military tail, where no military operation will ever be fought by them and still they will be able to falsely project themselves as Combat Soldiers in Public and accrue all benefits at the cost of actual Combat Troops. Another bunch of idiots are Army Medical Corps Doctors, joined The Defence Forces, probably, because they we’re the back benchers in their colleges, you ask them medicines for any ailment, and they open their medical manual for guidance immediately, “Chilling”; never fall sick in the Army. The Latest Joke is The MP Vypam tainted Doctors of Madhya Pradesh with Fake/ Doubtful Medical Degrees have been directed by the MP High Court to Serve in Army Medical Corps for 5 (Five) years without pay, it is only then, they will become eligible for their Medical Degree, WHY?  Because MP High Court is aware that since AMC is already running with such Fake and Substandard Doctors, another bunch of idiots would do no harm. IF YOU WANT TO MEET A “JOKER”, KINDLY GO AND MEET THE “GENERALS” OF ARMY MEDICAL AND VETERINARY CORPS; Their Treatment is Similar and the Efficacy of Hilarity Same.  

I do not know why? The Indian Army is going slow in implementing the orders to drastically cut The Tail, the Non Combat Soldiers; the lot which civilian see in uniform all over; Friends they are not soldiers, they are civilians in uniform. The Actual Combat Soldiers Fight and Die Unheard, and they belong to the limited but Tough Combat Arms. The Indian Defence Forces need 100% overhaul, with the present 100% Generals, the Hierarchy to be retired mercilessly. Non Combat Arms cut to size. All non military postings and the concept of Civilian Defence Employs to be done away with.  Services HQ strength to be cut drastically. We want no substandard steel in Combat Indian Navy Ships, No Sub Standard Submarines; Yes Indian Navy Officers are involved, Jail them. Same goes for IAF'S Former Air Chief Tyagi, he should be taken to task for tainting the entire Air HQ in corruption. Gen Dalbir, you and your Generals has to give much answer to the Nation, Why, Brave Young Officers and Soldiers should die, train them hard, raise your standards, get best weapon systems, and screw your 5 years planning and defunct doctrines. If you desire to be remembered correctly, kick and hang the sissy Mutineer, Jail the Corrupt Generals. Train the Combat Officers and their Soldiers Extremely Hard, Provide them the World's Best Technology and Ensure Protection of their Pride and Dignity.

The Indian combat soldier remains away operating in the remotest part of the world with no time whatsoever for his personal comfort and time; and hence lands up in his life with no friends, no relations, no philosopher and guide; His only companion on this earth is his dear lovely wife; She is his universe; his God; his oxygen, his breath and his Life. She waits, she cries, she worries, sends letters and is willing to wait forever rearing, raising and protecting their kid, facing all odds of this cruel world, Alone; because she loves the only thing in her world, her Combat Soldier Husband; She loves him hard with no limits, because she is one of the only kind, she is a military girl, a military wife. This unique better half, waits, depends, dreams and only thinks of her combat soldier husband. She forgoes all her personal dreams; all her ambition; decide nowhere to go; and remain for eternity with her Combat Soldier Husband. These Combat Soldier Braves are real proud men; men of extreme self pride and will therefore never hurt and be dishonest to their only love, their Valentine, their dear lovely wife. GOD FORBIDS “IF A SOLDIER IS FOUND, WITH LIES AND DECEIT OF EXTRAMARITAL RELATION, CHEATING AND UNTRUSTWORTHY; HE IS A COWARD. A MAN THE NATION SHOULD NEVER TRUST. HE CAN NEVER BE A COMBAT SOLDIER. SIMILARLY A MAN WHO SHAMELESSLY LIVES ON HIS WIFE'S PROPERTY IS ALSO A MAN WHO LACKS DIGNITY HAS POOR SELF-ESTEEM; A CHEATER WHO IS PROBABLY HOLDING THERE FOR THE COMFORT OF WEALTH; ANOTHER SHADE OF A COWARD. ARE COMBAT SOLDIERS IMPULSIVE?

This morning while I, Rakesh DubeyCobra VirChakra, was on exercise routine in the Open Air Gymnasium, of my 9 Shri Govind Nature Resort; I heard and saw one man mercilessly ferrying a male Goat on his mobike, on the road in front of my Resort. The scene was bizarre, with the Goat legs tied; it hung dangerously over the petrol tank. The animal was crying like a child being forcefully killed, the shrill was painful as from someone who is condemned to gallows. The shock of the sight was terrible, and before I could realize and react, the man with Goat hanging on the mobike had zoomed past the ½ KM frontage of my Resort. The call of the animal, soon to be slaughtered; was certainly and clearly aimed at that someone bold and daring; that someone who had his Heart and Head at the right place; someone who had concern and respect for dignity of life be it animal or mankind; to save and protect him. The animal surely did not deserve to be carried to someone’s plate in this manner. We are Combat Soldiers, trained not to see anything wrong, I reacted, instructing my staff to locate the man, chase and get him here. The man was located, fortunately; the goat must have been slipping, loosing balance and therefore he was found adjusting the load a kilometer plus distance from my location. The man was a Butcher from Sadar Jabalpur, carrying the Goat for slaughter and to be sold to palate of Sunday Feasts. These Butchers are accustomed to complaints and reactions from animal right activists and public; therefore they generally do not respond to any soft appeal or sermons. However and fortunately the Butcher responded to the instructions of my men and came back along with the Goat to my Resort. It must have been one of the few occasions in his life, when he appeared scared and was willing to listen. My intention was in no way aimed at destroying his livelihood and people’s taste, I told the Butcher that my strong objection was in his method of treating animals, and therefore at no cost, I would permit him to slaughter this beautiful pedigree breed of Goat. Since I was a combat soldier, I told him, I shall pay the purchased cost to him and take the animal, to be kept as a Mascot in my Nature Park, to be given freedom to live happily, healthily and to its full life. No other choice was given to him. I paid Rs 4500/. The animals are intelligent, he became my instant follower and friend, he knows and realizes that all are not wicked, compassion and empathy still exists on this earth. God has saved him and there are still people on this planet through whom God can and will always carry out correction, and they are the Combat Soldiers of the Indian Army.

It has been amply clarified, on number of occasion since yesterday; by the power that be; that the benefits of OROP will be applicable and available in all respects to the veterans, who have taken PMR and are already drawing military pension. However OROP including Pension for future PMR seekers will not be implemented. The VRS clause was actually meant for the SSC officers leaving the Defence Forces, after their contractual period of may be till 14 years. The issue probably got cluttered, when the veterans highlighted to the MOD; that there is nothing like VRS in the Defence Forces. It is then the fire fight ensued, to correct this mistake. The issue which was a last minute addition in the OROP order, found MOD in Red Face; and became difficult to justify. The veterans, due to this inadvertent error, were shocked and totally disappointed; causing severe set back to their legitimate and honorable fight for their Pride. All is well that ends well, so far it seems? The issue of OROP to till date veterans on PMR is solved.

"ONE RANK ONE PENSION" LEADERSHIP IS THE CAPACITY TO TRANSLATE VISION INTO REALITY.

Ladies and Gentlemen of the Indian Defence Force Veteran Fraternity, I as an Indian Army Officer, (though today I benefit from the present OROP form, I write for those who wont); am now treading on the OROP minefield, taking the risk, to attempt to explain, to clarify and to expose the hidden anomaly and weakness of “Koshiyari Committee Report”; Clearance of OROP by the “Two Parliaments” and the present “ESM Leadership”, who in their exuberance of achieving somehow success, are inadvertently “ Placing Themselves Into Misleading The ESM, By Promising Them Something They Know To Be Untrue”. About this hard, harsh and heartbreaking truth, the entire ESM brotherhood, the ESM agitators and the ESM on Relay Hunger Strike including Three Honorable Veterans on Fast unto Death wef 16 Aug; are unaware, unconscious and probably want to remain unconcerned, about the actual facts, the factual inside, which is going to severely affect, if OROP is allotted in its present form and will further deteriorate their peace and health; the step would be irrevocable, thereafter leaving Veterans to approach the Sanctity of Judiciary as the only option to resolve the large scale OROP painful anomaly.
“The Truth May Hurt For A Little While, But A Lie Hurts Forever”. “Veterans” the Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modji, has clearly foreseen the biggest shortfall in the present definition of the OROP. The leaders in ESM leadership, I am sure are well aware and conscious of all the facts? Surprising therefore, why other ESM members seem to be in total darkness about these glaring lacuna's?
The biggest bone of contention in the OROP as its stand in the present form is the edifice on which it has been based and built, “The Rank And The Length of Service In That Rank”. The "Koshiyari Committee Report" says, in Armed Forces, Equality in Service has two components, namely, Rank and Length of Service. The importance of Rank is inherent in Armed Forces as it has been granted by the President of India and signifies command, control and responsibility in consonance with ethos of service. Hence, Two Armed Personnel in the Same Rank and Equal Length of Service should get Same Pension Irrespective of Date of Retirement and any future enhancement in rates of pension be automatically passed on to the past pensioners. How very innocent and simple it looks, the Koshiyari Report also felt so, more so the committee was unaware of Army, Navy and Air Force rank intricacies. Now, the Senior and Old Veterans, who have retired much earlier, do not realize that during their time an Officer was promoted to the Rank of Major after 13 years of service, Lt Col after a Competitive Selection Board on 18 to 19 years of service and Col after a Competitive Selection Board much later. Whereas now, an Officer without any hitch or competition becomes a Major in 5 years of Service, Lt Col in time bound promotion in 13 years of service, a Col in 26 years of service. In Navy, generally smooth sailing is till Brig equivalent, and AF somewhat similar as Army. Therefore the majority of Officers, earlier retired in the Rank of a Major, and maximum as Lt Col, whereas today all Officers Retire as Col and equivalent. . Similarly promotions of PBOR, during earlier days; were delayed and late, large percentage of PBOR retired in the Rank of Sepoy, whereas now almost all PBOR attain the rank of Havaldar before retiring.
Now what Modiji is saying? the “Mathematical glitch”; An earlier Veteran who has retired as a Major, inspite of putting 30 years of service, will get maximum pension of today’s equivalent Major’s service till 13 years, because on 13th year the present Major gets promoted to a Lt Col. Nobody retires as Major today. Similarly earlier Veteran who has retired as Lt Col, inspite putting 30 or more year’s service in that rank, will only get maximum pension of today’s equivalent Lt Col service till 26 years, because on 26th years of service, the present Lt Col gets promoted to a Col. Nobody retires as Lt Col today.
What Modji, is saying, if OROP is Approved and Granted in its Present Flawed Form, the large number of Veterans, will not benefit, because as per Koshiyari Committee Report, OROP is Same Rank and Equal Length of Service in that Rank. This aspect, respected Veteran “Ladies and Gentlemen” Modji could not visualize when he inherited the flawed OROP Agenda from the Congress, the UPA Govt. The other Two Issues of contention in the OROP, First; is payment of OROP dues with Retrospective Date and the Second; decision on Cut of Date, April 2011/ April 2014. Now the Retrospective issue is again highly contentious, firstly no documents of Older Veterans are available in the Archives of the Defence Forces, making it difficult to realize the exact amount due to each individual veteran, the total arrears as per rough estimate, without proper input available; is colossal, and may run into many thousands crore. The total stated figure of OROP Rs 8300/ crore is a misnomer, the author of this hypothetical figure remaining obscure.
“TRUTH IS POWERFUL AND IT PREVAILS” Unfortunately the leadership of OROP is in the hands of Officers who are already into OROP, and are therefore oblivious of the danger and pain which the Veterans will realize, if OROP is implemented in the present flawed form, resulting in large number of litigation and agitations. Gentlemen, do we have the courage to assure The PM Shri Narendra Modiji, that no one will approach the Judiciary, knock the doors of the Court, once the OROP in its present form is implemented; in order to get and demand what we are not understanding and foreseeing today.
THE NAKED TRUTH IS ALWAYS BETTER THAN THE BEST DRESSED LIE. I know the OROP atmosphere is highly charged, volatile and the Veterans are in no mood to relent to any logic. The issue is now further precipitated by our Three Respected Honorable Veterans deciding to go on Indefinite Hunger Strike. Respected brother Veterans inspite of these facts, we need to rationally think and study the entire report, individually; to exactly know what we are demanding and will be individually getting. Fortunately, Modji is favorably disposed towards the Armed Forces, and we should make the best of the situation, kindly do not get into rhetoric, and take decision on emotions. Like, today I benefit from the OROP, but after 2 years, when the Rank of Brigadier is made time bound, after 28 years all to be promoted; I would regret accepting the OROP in the Present Form. Respected Veterans, I do not claim all correctness in my claim, in my argument, but I have the Courage to request you all, especially at a time; when the atmosphere is not conducive for any suggestion. Dear Veterans, “The First Step To Get What We Want Is Having The Courage To Get Rid Of What We Don’t.”

NEVER GIVE SOMEONE THE OPPORTUNITY TO WASTE YOUR TIME TWICE.

Rahul Gandhi is evidently a visible new strain of Mutant, who thinks he has surfaced after, his famous two month sabbatical with extra Vigor, Intelligence and Wisdom. He is the new Discovery of India. Do not therefore, ever get surprised, if Rahul Gandhi, writes a Book about India, for Posterity, and the Congressmen will grade him as a renowned scholar. His Grandfather, Pundit Nehru had similar take on Indian History. He wrote, as a Foreigner, as a Congressman, as his Autobiography, glorifying the Moguls. Nehru was not free from the general Indian Intellectual Timidity and believed: that Ancient Indians lacked Historical Sense, Historical Writings and Historically, Effective Governance. Rahul Gandhi thinks the same, he has been made to feel, that other than Gandhi Scion, historically none can rule this Nation. Nehru forgot that the Mogul's, during their 800 years rule had destroyed every trace of written Indian History. Likewise Rahul Gandhi fails to acknowledge, that Congress, during its 60 years rule, after Indian Independence; has destroyed every trace of Indian Nationalism, Indian Hindu Pride. Nehru never ever attached very much importance to the stories of Hindu Scriptures, concocting them as Mythology; as factually true, and even criticized the magical and super-natural elements in them”. Rahul Gandhi with his moronic ideas and mindset fails to attach any importance to the intellect of any other Non Congress Leaders, for him Digvijay Singh, Jairam Ramesh and Salman Kurshid are the Epitome of Virtues. Wish, Nehru had traced the Remnants of Hindu Religious Stories on ground in the Subcontinent and South East Asia. Nehru made 'Hindu' a dirty word. Indian History and History Writing were distorted to Placate Residues of Islamic Imperialism. He distrusted and weakened Hinduism through his writings, the consequences, we live with even today. Similarly, Wish, Rahul Gandhi had gone beyond the Teachings of his Christian Tenets, and Assimilate the Enormous Wealth of Knowledge from Ramayana, Mahabharata, Bhagwat Gita and Other Hindu Scriptures. It is only then, Rahul Gandhi would be able to Impact his Presence, Transform the Impression of a Court Jester. The lists of Nehru’s sins against Hinduism, Hindu Society and Indian Nation in his writing are too long to be recounted here. Nehru’s work was product of “Cheat Sheets”, the mysterious script writer remaining obscure till date. Rahul Gandhi is repeating the same mistake, his misconception that Hindi, Hinduism, Hindu Society, Culture, Thinking and Pride are threat to his Mafioso Family. And he is the Cosa Nostra of Renaissance, be it FTII, Privacy Law, Film Censorship, GST, Land Bill and OROP, Etc. Rahul Gandhi, It was the same Nehru who said that 'India didn't need an Army' and weakened the Army to the extent that we suffered the 1962. It was same Nehru who purposely denied India of Permanent UN Security Council Seat. Rahul Gandhi, do you know,
