The BJP staked claim to form the government; as they were the largest party with 104 seats. The Congress and JDS, had they not kept their MLA's into Hotel Custody, and still continue to do so till date; The turn of events would have been different. The Congress & JDS are so jittery till date, that their MLA's are under Hotel Custody, with fear that they may join the BJP; the MLA's are till date being prevented to visit their Constituency to even celebrate their victory. 

The Congress Party has sold the entire state to JDS, who would now attempt to rule Karnataka without the people's mandate. It is clear from the Karnataka Mandate that BJP has succeeded in establishing their foothold in the South, and ensuring Karnataka & India becomes Congress Mukta before 2019. 
The Congress has fallen to the status of Punjab Poducherry Party ( PP PARTY). 
As regards whole bunch of Opposition Regional Parties joining hands with Congress, in order to keep BJP out of power during 2019; It is Inconsequential as none have any influence in any other states than their own, and all these Opposition Leaders have their own deep selfish aspirations and therefore they pose just no threat to the BJP.

It is one of the most popular family festivals of India. The objective of this Puja is to remind brothers that they need to be more affectionate, respectful and protective in taking care of their sisters and all girls.
The Diwali celebrations last for five days and "Bhai Dooj" occurs on the last day as a sort of conclusion to the Grand "Diwali" Celebrations. This puja is performed on the second day of the bright half (shukla Paksha) of the Lunar month in the month of Karthika.
"Bhai Dooj" occurs twice every year once after "Holi" and then after "Diwali" The one following "Diwali" is observed on the second day after the new moon day (Amavasya), the one following "Holi" is performed on the second day following full moon day (Poornima).
The core of the puja is the sister performing the Tika ceremony praying for the long life of her brother and then the brother giving her gifts and promising respect for all women.
