The Virulently Mushrooming Large Number of Ex- Servicemen Organizations, headed by Failed Retired Generals, Admirals and Air Marshals have been dangerously harming the interest of the Defence Forces, more so the OROP; from last so many years. These Highly Politicized Star Officers are today found Flabbergasted, Dumbfound and with their Foot in the Mouth, with the FM statement, during Budget Speech, that OROP Allocation is in the Defence Budget itself. The latest Defence Budget, with the Increase of 10.95%, stands at 2.47 lakh crore, for financial year 2015-16. Now the entire False Facade and Malicious effort of Agitation, in Delhi at Jantar Mantar, especially during recent Delhi Election; Falls Flat, Face blackened, these Generals stands exposed for cheating everyone, all throughout; the fact that OROP, is required to be worked out from within the Defence Budget, was made very clear, to these Lobbyist, by the FM, much earlier.

The Defence Forces is required to judiciously handle their share of Defence money. How?

It cannot happen, that for approximately 35000-40000 Officers, Indian Army has created more than 80000 plus married accommodations in Military Stations / Cantonments, all over India, where as the Families of Officers concentrate their stay in Metro Stations only, with the result Officer Accommodations in places like Assam/ East and North, and some area’s in West remain unoccupied. Not to forget, large numbers of Officer are Bachelors; Now, Firstly, the Defence Budget has been wasted in these constructions and thereafter, continuously being drained in their recurring maintenance every day. Same is the case with JCO and Jawans accommodations; combine this with Navy and Air Force, imagine the colossal criminal waste of Nations Money.

Army, Navy and Air Force are in a habit of creating wasteful infrastructure, for no valid reason. JCO club, NCO club and now OR club, are few laughing examples. Huge CSD and marketing complexes in Stations, in spite of the fact that market outside, in civil areas is much better, cheaper, well stocked and has varieties. Every Establishment in the Station creates its own separate infrastructure. Blatantly, Institutions are created, which can be common, and can be easily shared; above all, the most pitiable and shocking, they create their own exclusive separate War Memorials.

CSD Depots and CSD is another Organization, within the Defence Forces which is not only nurturing large scale Corruption at all Levels, but also unnecessarily utilizes huge amount of the Defence money, thus blocking it from its legitimate use elsewhere. Not only that, Defence Forces illegitimately deploy large strength of Officers, JCOs and Soldiers, as sales, marketing and administrative staff. The CSD HQ “Adelphi” at Mumbai, to large net work of CSD Depots, spread all over India, has big strength of civilian employs, corrupt, useless and wasteful, eating away a big chunk of the Defence Budget.

Institution like Golf, Riding, Swimming and Various clubs etc, are being run with the Defence Budget money for Commercial Civilian use, with no benefit whatsoever to enhance the combat capability of the Serving Defence Personnel’s.

The Biggest, Largest and the most Severe Corruption and Huge wither away of Defence Budget is Disability Pension. It can be Very Well Understood and Appreciated that Soldiers getting Disabled due to Combat action/ Training, by all Account and Means, be given Disability Pension, “BUT” Certainly not to those, who are suffering from Hyper Tension on account of Alcoholism. Certainly not to those, who are ailing because of Life Style Lethargy. In the Defence Forces Officers, JCOs and Jawans are very Conveniently Manipulating Medical Categories, by conniving with Doctors, and therefore manage advantage of Large Percentage of Disability Allowances running into many Thousands every month.

“NCC” is another Organization, which is a Big Fertile Ground of Monetary and Professional Corruption by Officers, JCO and Jawans of the Defence Forces. Defence Force on the Slightest Pretext Cry of the Officers Shortage, in their Organization, and at the same time very Happily Part with Medically Fit Officer, JCO and Jawans to NCC. This is another Big Drain of the Defence Money.

The List is Very Long, here only few aspects have been mentioned, as there are Certain Mismanagement and Corruption, which cannot be made Public; which the Defence Forces should Rectify at the Earliest and Fastest, before it gets out of hand and into the Public Domain, as these Retired Generals, very soon, with all stupidity; will again come out to protest, in Public.

Defence Force, please Reduce your Tail, which is Presently very Long and Redundant, and make yourself Thoroughly Professional and into a Cutting Edge Force.

The OROP Money is in the Defence Budget Allocated for 2015-16. As regards Procurement of Defence Equipment, Kindly do not put your Non Financial Brain in it, The Government will take care of that Aspect/Issue, separately.

Their Bizarre Subsidy based development, Utopian Dreams, with no Mention and System of Revenue Generation by the State is a perfect faster step towards Venezuela like condition in Delhi. The Indian Army, where fighting soldiers, who are extremely fit, well trained, highly motivated and thoroughly fair, is only to be found in its Elite Combat Outfits, these are the soldiers, always posted in difficult terrain, jungles, mountains and at places where there is constant and regular conflict. These are the soldiers, who have hardly any Bank Balance, the Luxury of Affluence and therefore their families are always denied the privileges, perks and good time, which their counterparts in Non Combat Outfit are always enjoying. Now, if the same is compared with their civilian counterparts, these Combat Outfit Soldiers and their families are an article of pity and often ridicule.
The Allegation of Machil Fake Encounter, Life Punishment and Loss of all Benefits; to a Combat Outfit Colonel, a Major and 5 Combat Soldiers, goes viral in Media, every one claim and acknowledge, what a fair play by the Generals, Lt Gen Hooda and Lt Gen Subhroto Shah; who have scored brownie points, and assured next promotion. They have another feather in their cap, when they implicate, AGAIN under Media and the Terrorist Inclined Public of J&K Pressure, the Innocent Combat Soldiers, in Badhgam Check Post Killing in J&K. These are the Generals, who without any detail Inquiry accepted Publicly in front of the Media, that Army is Guilty and take Total Responsibility for the Killing.
My Friends, who are reading this post, should let the world know, that the Machil Encounter, can never ever be branded as Fake, I myself a Die Hard Combat Soldier, has seen and encountered innocent looking civilians, call them porters; carrying and ferrying, heavy Arms, ammunition, and Dangerous items of Sabotage, for the Terrorist, these are the so called innocent civilian who belong and reside in the nearest town/ village, and are seen every day as harmless people. What should the Combat Soldiers of the Indian Army do? Let them go? Because when shouted to stop, they attempt to scoot with the load, at times they have been found to jump from a Steep Cliffs, leaving the Combat soldiers blame worthy, if the load is delivered to the terrorist, who then trigger killing and blast in civilian areas. These Combat soldiers have no access to Visual/ other Media to give their view point. The Generals, unfortunately, who have never fired, seen and taken part in any Combat Operations, are clueless, and therefore, they protect and save only one thing, their Skin, as they have no Balls/ Soul.
Same goes, for Badhgam Check Post, shooting. The drill of Check Post, Slow Approach, Stop and Check is nothing new for the Public and People of J&K. If anyone tries to speed through this check post, point, for whatever reasons, should be ready to bear the consequences. A Combat Soldier, functions under crystal clear instructions, and therefore, very rarely commits grave mistake. Remember he is meant for Combat Role, not for Police Duties. GENERAL, IF YOU LACK THE BALLS TO CLARIFY THINGS FROM THE GOVERNMENT, THAN YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO TARNISH THE IMAGE, OF THE ONLY GOOD IN THE INDIAN ARMY, THE DIE HARD COMBAT SOLDIER, THE ENDANGERED SPECIES.

The strength, the resolve and the extreme energy is therefore deeply ingrained in your DNA, your Chromosome, your Blood, your Bones and your Soul.
Remember, therefore, nobody and nothing can destroy, defeat and break you. Those unfortunate, weak and greedy, who fell to the lure of conversion, over a period of time, have lost the great strength of their original culture, their pride of family history, their lineage, their dynasty, and therefore will always remain disillusioned, sad and Fragile. Love them but ensure, they return back to your fold, to their original, pure Hindu faith and belief.

YOU MAY FIGHT THE ENEMY, TO PROTECT THIS NATION. BUT WITHIN, YOU WILL HAVE TO STRUGGLE TO SURVIVE.

Today, The Indian Air Force, in Bangalore, objected to dumping of cities garbage, within 10 KM of its Major Air Base. As The IAF, has the veto on starting any garbage dumping or processing unit within 10 KM vicinity of air base, was asked to either give permission to the processing unit, or take over garbage management for the whole city.
As per Air safety orders on the subject; The IAF pointed out that birds and vultures created problems for planes if there was garbage in the vicinity. More than 50% air accidents occur due to bird hits.
The choice was accept the order, or take over garbage management. The military was already combating insurgency and garbage would be the new insurgency.
Slow poison( garbage) is worse than instant death in a plane!!! IAF counsel consented.
The public woe are supreme in Democracy, and in Bangalore the woe are to many, extremely difficult for the present dispensation to solve. Why than??The IAF, not move out of Bangalore, and shift to strategically and tactically important state of MP, where there is enough air space,place and reach, for their undisturbed training and launch. Why loose our brave pilots by avoidable bird hits????

GENOCIDE BY GENERALS

The Indian, Army, Navy and Air Force Ex-Servicemen, are being openly and blatantly taken for joyride on a donkey back, every day and night, by the elitist retired Generals, Admirals and Marshals. They are conveniently fooling the retired Officers and Soldier, of the three elite services; the lot, who are the actual die-hard, who have given their youth, their family life, and actually sacrificed their entire life for INDIA, the country they love and Die for. These retired Generals are running, approximately more than 30 Ex- Servicemen Organizations, and most probably having equal number in their each service component. Remember each Ex-Service Organization, have different agenda and design, confusing the Modi Government. The Generals, who did sausage nothing for the Army, Navy & Air Force, while they were in active service, are projecting themselves as Arjun, the warrior, who will get us everything from the government. They are demanding a War Memorial, without seeing a War or having experience of firing a bullet on the enemy themselves. They have never served/seen heights of the Saichen Glacier/ Depth of the ocean, being inside a Submarine, or Arunachal Mountains/ Deep Sea, or have idea of any jungle; they only know the heights of South/ North block and concrete jungles of Delhi, and Foreign Embassies. The OROP, these Generals are already getting, and hence are unconcerned of the issue. They ask you to surrender your Gallantry Medals, whereas, they have rendered their esteemed service, in the safe confines of NDA, IMA, Willington, NDC, NDMC, MO and MS Directorate. They surreptitiously, always managed to stay away from all the difficult assignment/ Postings, always manipulated their placement under a Boss, who either was their School, NDA, or Regiment type. Their expertise and proficiency in this unusual jugglery and trick always ensured those good Annual Confidential Reports and assured promotion and another good and safe posting, in yet another place of their choice. The Officers and Soldiers, who actually fought the enemy, periling their life, remaining in difficult and dangerous terrain and areas, away from their loved one, their dear wife and kids, never ever saw the light of good place/ postings in their entire service. These real hard core Soldiers, on whom the Nation should actually be proud, got superseded in promotions, serving without privileges and perks, and almost at places without family. This is the lot who were cheated, fooled and ditched by these Generals while they were in Service; are again being shown utopian dreams by the same Generals, after their retirement. Gentlemen, it is Genocide, these Generals destroyed you then, and they are doing the same after your retirement. Government has IB report on these Generals, and therefore is aware of their actual design and agenda. It is time you get out their clutches at the earliest, and thereafter, be assured and confident, that you will get every requirement of yours met from Shri Modiji, the most popular and the best Prime Minister, India has ever had.
