"योग और प्राणायाम"
वेलनेस, फिटनेस, बीमारियों से मुक्ति, खुशहाली और प्रगति को प्राप्त करने की एक हिंदू प्रक्रिया है। इसे हिंदू वैदिक स्लोक का उच्चार करके ही करा जाता है
योग सिर्फ़ आसनों तक ही सीमित नहीं है बल्कि इससे कहीं अधिक है,अपने मन, शरीर और श्वांस की देखभाल करना है |
योग 5000 वर्ष (BC) से भारतीय ज्ञानपीठ का एक महत्वपूर्ण अंग है |
योग में आसन, प्राणायाम और ध्यान के माध्यम से हम मन, श्वांस और शरीर के विभिन्न अंगो में सामंजस्य बनाना सीखते हैं |
प्राणायाम = प्राण + आयाम। इसका शाब्दिक अर्थ है - 'प्राण (श्वसन) को लम्बा करना' या 'प्राण (जीवनीशक्ति) को लम्बा करना'। प्राणायाम की प्रक्रिया आप के सारे इंटरनल ऑर्गन को एक्टिवेट, तंदुरुस्त और दुरुस्त काम करने योग बना देता है।

Remain fit to enjoy life king size.

Train insane or remain the same and if you think lifting weights is dangerous and difficult, try being weak, that I suppose is more dangerous and difficult to live with. Therefore, let the workout be part of your life, because you gotta be tough, that is the only way this wicked world will respect you.

As you grow in age your exercise routine and regime should become more tough, strenuous, difficult and challenging. This I advice against the advice of all Doctors, who would advice you otherwise. How incorrect and wrong they are, I have my own doctrine and I follow it regularly and sincerely. All those who wish to remain extremely healthy, fit, well, happy and fine must follow blindly what I now ask you to do. Climb steps by walk and run and do 500 to 1000 skipping rope exercise daily; do 500 push-ups daily, 250 push-ups in the morning and 250 push-ups in the evening; do barbell, dumb-bell with increasing weights for Chest, Shoulders, Arms, Biceps,Triceps etc etc. Surprising, I give no/little break to my daily routine. Next I am adding Mughdal or Indian heavy wooden clubs in my daily routine.
Yoga and Pranayam for wellness, agility and internal organs fitness is a must along with these fitness rigorous and strenuous exercise routine.
Gradually reduce your dependence on Allopathic medicine switch to Aryoveda, because side effects of allopathy negates all your fitness benefits.
Make this fun and enjoyment routine and not as punishment and fatigue drill. You should feel refreshed and rejuvenate and not tired and weak, if that happens visit a doctor.
Now age has no meaning or concern, when you follow me.

VIR CHAKRA FOR MY EXCEPTIONAL GALLANTRY

I PREACH WHAT I HAVE PRACTICED, EXPERIENCED AND FOLLOWED AS A PROFESSIONAL COMBAT SOLDIER OF THE INDIAN ARMY. 

I killed the enemy in plenty, so that you, the Nation's highly patriotic can enjoy life peacefully and I can enjoy my valor, with my family when I return. I could do that because, I had my own war doctrine and strategy to fight the enemy in battle, war, military conflict and encounters.

A military Combat Soldier leader never order men into battle. He goes into battle with them.
You can be a hero in fierce and dangerous conflict, battle zone, only "When you step out" and when everyone else backs out". Almighty Deity "Lord Shiva" will provide you the strength and protection to have no mercy on the enemy, because you are there to kill every single enemy who comes in front of you and attempts to blocks you. He knows you will do that without fear, remorse and regret.
Every bullet you fire will kill the enemy and every bullet the enemy fires will miss you.Remember the harder you had trained, shedding sweat and blood, during peace time, the luckier you will be in war.Because opportunity and luck always favors a professional, fit & highly trained brave menacing combat soldier.

याद रखे आप देश की रक्षा के लिए एक घातक बहादुर योद्धा, दुश्मन की जान लेने के लिए बने हैं, नाकी जान देने के लिए।याद रखें,आप युद्ध भूमि में विकलांग होने के लिए नही, दुश्मन की पूरी फौज को विकलांग करने के लिए बने हैं। याद रखें,आप देश के दुश्मन को ऐसी दर्दनाक हालत में पहुंचाने के लिए योद्धा बने हैं,की दुश्मन ना जिंदा रह पाए न मर पाए। याद रखें, युद्ध भूमि में केवल विजेता ही आदर, सम्मान और कदर का हकदार होता है। याद रखें, आप कभी भी खुद को ऐसी हालत मैं नही देखना चाहेंगे जहां आप लोगों की दया, हमदर्दी, साहेता और सहयोग से ही जिंदा रह पाएं।

There may be many in uniform in the Indian Army, but the actual menacing combat Soldiers are few and limited, 60% don't go to battle field. My advice to all those who are in defense forces and in combat arm, certainly they would/may go to war, that fierce conflict battle zones are no play field, that you buy a sports kit and can just pass your time.You tread on an explosive and highly dangerous area, which can kill you, maim you, disable you and may not give you second chance to enjoy life, even if you remain alive.
The most unpalatable and unpleasant hard truth, the Nation does not respect a soldier in such pitiable state, as listed above. The people do not honor such great Soldiers, the government officials do not even bother and remain unconcerned about your brave deeds. Why go further your colleagues in uniform can only pity you and nothing beyond.
I therefore sincerely advice all Highly Fierce Die Hard Combat Soldiers to be Brave but never never be Fool Hardy in a dangerous, explosive battle zone or where bullets are flying, or where enemy is unknown and everywhere. Impulse, Emotions, Heart and theoretical knowledge has no place in war. Battles and military encounters are won by those who don't give up are combat professional and exceptionally brave practical combat Soldiers.
